The FHSAA is seeking a full-time administrator for a leadership position overseeing Business Services for the non-profit organization. Duties include serving as the chief financial officer, preparing the annual financial report, preparing and managing budget, advising the Executive Director on business related decisions, managing investments, serves as the human resource manager, serves as the risk manager, supervises the tasks of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee benefits and other related duties.
Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting, or related business field and seven years of experience in an administrative position supervising business operations (budget, finance, payroll, and accounting). A Master’s Degree in business administration, or accounting is preferred. A CPA certification will be considered equivalent to a Master’s Degree. Experience in public school finance is preferred. Candidate must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to organize, lead and manage accounting, business operations and personnel. Candidate must have working knowledge of public school and non-profit accounting, ability to present information to the public and effective public relations skills.
