The Board of Directors has approved the continuation of a Mentor Program and the program was launched at the beginning of this school year. Any athletic director who is need of assistance with their position is welcome to participate in the program. The first step is to contact your district director who will match you with a veteran athletic director who has agreed to assist in mentoring their colleagues. You can also contact Denarvise Thornton at denarvise.thornton@montverde.org who is the FIAAA Director who is coordinating the program. We encourage in athletic director needing assistance to seek a FIAAA mentor.
