Special Classification Meeting Rescheduled For Oct. 17 in Gainesville
As a result of Hurricane Michael, the FHSAA Athletic Directors Advisory Committee’s special classification meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 10, has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, Oct. 17. The meeting, which is open to the public, will begin at 9 a.m. at FHSAA headquarters in Gainesville.
Following the ADAC meeting Oct. 17, the Board of Directors is tentatively scheduled to vote on the classification structure Oct. 29 at its meeting in Gainesville. Should it pass, the new classification structure would go into effect beginning in 2019-20.
