The 2017-18 sports participation survey is now ready to be filled out by all member schools, including middle schools. The submission is mandatory for all members. The link below will take you to the survey. Please read all the instructions carefully before starting on the process. It is due by Friday, May 25, 2018.
Please be aware this survey is not for the sports you are committing to for next year. Rather, this is the total number of athletes you had that played each sport at your school during this current 2017-18 school year.
